
JinkoSolar's Middle East subsidiary has announced the formation of a joint venture with Saudi Arabia’s Renewable Energy Localization Company (RELC) and Vision Industries (VI) to establish a high-efficiency solar cell and module manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia with an annual production capacity of 10 GW. The project involves a total investment of 7.1 billion RMB, including both internal funds and external financing. In the joint venture, JinkoSolar Middle East, RELC, and VI will hold 40%, 40%, and 20% of the shares, respectively. This project aims to strengthen the strategic cooperation between the parties in the renewable energy sector and promote Saudi Arabia’s energy transition and economic development.
