Xi'an Aviation Base Jinzhichu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced the bid-winning candidates for the EPC project of the Xi'an Yanliang 300MW/600MWh grid-side independent energy storage project. The first-ranked candidate is Taixing Yijian Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 888 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 1.48 yuan/Wh. The second-ranked candidate is Shanxi Hengye Construction Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 857.289433 million yuan, equivalent to 1.429 yuan/Wh. The third-ranked candidate is Hebei Haoqi Power Engineering Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 896.125126 million yuan, equivalent to 1.494 yuan/Wh.

The project is located south of Hexie Avenue, north of Zongbao 1st Road, west of Baoshui 4th Road, and east of Zongbao Avenue within the Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation High-Tech Industrial Base in Shaanxi Province. With a nominal battery capacity of 600MWh, it includes the construction of a 110kV booster station. Two 110kV outgoing lines are planned to connect to the grid substation, spanning approximately 5km. For civil engineering, the energy storage area adopts a rectangular layout: the transformer area and energy storage area are arranged sequentially from west to east. Within the transformer area, reactive power compensation devices, electrical buildings, and main transformers are positioned from north to south. The supporting living zone houses a fire pump room and hazardous waste storage room, while the energy storage area is divided into 12 orderly arranged units.

The planned construction period is 180 calendar days from the date of contract signing. This announcement was released by Polaris Energy Storage Network. Subsequent implementation of the grid connection system plan will proceed based on grid approval.
