Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, recently launched two major energy storage projects, each with a total investment of 850 million yuan. These include Jiangxi Tiehang Technology Co., Ltd.'s 300MW/600MWh independent energy storage power station project and Jinko Power's 300MW/600MWh shared energy storage power station project, marking a significant upgrade in local energy infrastructure.
Upon completion and operation, the projects are expected to achieve an annual charging/discharging capacity exceeding 180 million kWh and generate an annual output value of over 150 million yuan. This will effectively enhance grid stability, promote renewable energy utilization, and provide strong support for regional energy transition.
Jiangxi Tiehang Technology was established in December 2020 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Railway Aviation Investment Group, which has a registered capital of 20.264 billion yuan and specializes in railway and aviation investments. Jinko Power, founded in July 2011, went public in 2020. Its business covers photovoltaic power station development and energy storage applications, with energy storage as a core strategy for 2025. By the end of 2024, its self-owned independent energy storage capacity reached 298MWh, and newly filed projects exceeded 1,970MWh.
