The S13, S20 and S22 series energy-saving oil-immersed power transformers are based on the design of the S11 series. The core materials are selected as 27Q80 or 23Q65 high magnetic conductivity and low loss silicon steel sheets, with multi-level full bevel joints and the new stacking process. The high-voltage windings are all of layer structure. For products with capacity of 315 kVA and below, the low-voltage windings are of layer structure, while for those with capacity of 400 kVA and above, the low-voltage windings are wound with copper foil. The energy loss of the S13, S20 and S22 series energy-saving transformers meets the standards of GB20052 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers", and the noise is lower. The oil tank structure adopts a corrugated oil tank. The expansion and contraction of the transformer oil are satisfied by the expansion and contraction of the corrugated heat dissipation fins, avoiding the oxidation of oil with air and the infiltration of moisture, and improving the reliable operation of the transformer.
