The S(B)H15-M series of 10kV class non-ferrous alloy energy-saving fully-sealed transformers are made with domestically produced ultra-energy-saving non-ferrous alloy strip materials for the core, featuring a four-column rolled core structure. The winding conductors are made of oxygen-free copper, and the structure is rectangular. Compared with the S9 type, this product has a 75% reduction in no-load loss and a 50% reduction in no-load current. The SBH15, SBH21, and SBH25 models respectively meet the national Class III, Class II, and Class I energy efficiency standards. The oil tank is composed of corrugated heat dissipation fins and eliminates the need for an oil reservoir. The oil does not come into contact with air to prevent oxidation, and the thermal expansion and contraction of the oil are satisfied by the elasticity of the corrugated heat dissipation fins.
