1. Instruction of 28.8kWh rack LiFePO4 lithium battery
1. Energy storage system assembly
Step1: Fix control box on top board of the cabinet with four screws, and 15 modules on boards below;
Step2: Install the power cables and communication lines. As for details, connect the control box to modules blow with power cables enclosed, connect control box and 15 modules in series with communication lines;
2. Directions for use
Step1: Connect the system output in the back of the control box to a proper load with power cable enclosed;
Step2: Push the button in the front of the control box, the energy storage system will be start, and some information like voltage, current, SOC, and temperature will be shown on the screen.
2. Long time storage of 720V 40Ah ESS lithium battery
If stored for a long time(no used,exceed three months), the cell should be stored in drying and cooling place. The cell’s storage voltage should be around 720V and the cell is to be stored in a condition that the temperature of 23±2℃ and the humidity 0f 45%- 75%. Long-term use of unused
batteries to recharge every 3 months. Ensure that the battery voltage is within the above range.
