The SHINHOP Laser 4680 cylindrical battery fully automatic assembly line is developed by a team led by Mr. Ishii, a lithium battery equipment technology expert from Japan. It incorporates various strengths, has good stability, a yield rate of over 92%, and the highest production efficiency of 150 PPM. It also shares 12 invention patents and 26 utility model patents with contracted customers.
SHINHOP Laser has fully opened up the production path for large cylindrical batteries without ear tabs, achieving intelligent production lines for multiple processes including welding of positive and negative current collectors with the core, welding of current collectors with the inner wall of the shell, welding of current collectors with positive poles, pre-welding of covers, sealing welding, and sealing nail welding.
Currently, SHINHOP Laser is independently developing a high-speed intelligent production line for the 46 series cylindrical batteries, with a single line capacity of 150 PPM. It includes fully automatic loading and unloading, current collector welding, coating, shell insertion, pole welding, sealing welding, and multifunctional testing processes. It can quickly complete the assembly and welding production process of cylindrical battery cells, with overall standardized and modular design of the equipment, simple changeover, and reduced changeover time and costs.
Equipped with an MES intelligent information management platform, it realizes real-time MES management of key process parameters such as material information, personnel information, and equipment information during the assembly process. The interconnection between individual machines is completed by the logistics line, achieving intelligent, flexible, and information-based production.
It can also independently complete the design of solutions, development of automation equipment, and full sets of factory solutions for battery production and manufacturing according to customer needs.
