INPMPPT-62.5 is a DCDC converter module used between PV system and DC bus. A single module has 4 MPPT branches, which means that it supports 4 PV branches to be connected separately. With the SiC Mosfet design, the max efficiency of the module can achieve >99%. With BUCK mode and BOOST mode, the combination of DCDC converter and energy storage inverter can be used together in the same system, co-operate with PV/BAT, to become an efficient DC coupling solution.

The topology diagram of the INP-MPPT module's converter unit, using SiC devices with EMI, which can be directly connected to PV components. Four independent leg form four independent MPPT strings, and the module adopts synchronous rectification control to improve the overall efficiency of the system. There is an insulation detection circuit on the busbar. Four independent MPPT strings operate independently, and when one string fails, it does not affect the normal operation of the other three. The bus side of the module is equipped with soft start function and fuse. The soft start circuit ensures that there is no surge current when starting the battery, while the fuse can ensure that the equipment is isolated from the DC bus in the event of a short circuit fault. The output configuration of the module includes an EMI components to improve its EMC performance. The main circuit topology diagram is shown below.
