  • The furnace heats the aluminum ingot at high temperature and extrudes the aluminum rod. The aluminum rod is then injected into a mold with grooves to create the initial heat sink embryo, and then undergoes subsequent processing (CNC, trimming, drilling, tapping, polishing, wire drawing, surface treatment, riveting, and packaging).
