Manufacturing Process

Box Structure

Internally divided into high-voltage room, transformer room, and low-voltage room. The lighting automatically turns on and off with the opening and closing of the door. Heat insulation layers are set on the top and around, and temperature control devices are equipped to maintain a stable temperature.

High-voltage Room

Supports compressed air type, sulfur hexafluoride load switches or vacuum circuit breakers, providing short-circuit and overload protection functions.

Low-voltage Room

Supports internal and external operation modes, and can be equipped with metering cabinets, incoming line cabinets, outgoing line cabinets, capacitor cabinet,s and other equipment. The capacitor cabinet supports manual or automatic compensation, and the reactive power compensation capacity is 15%-30% of the transformer capacity.
