Junling hires Mr. Takeda Kenji, who has more than 50 years of experience in mould design and manufacturing, as a technical consultant, and has dispatched backbone to exchange and study in Japan many times to refine and improve design theory and thinking.
We’ve realized the integration of CAD/CAE/CAM mould design, processing and manufacturing, and created a new mould manufacturing process, which has greatly improved the accuracy of the mould and has shortened the manufacturing cycle, thus we create faster benefits for customers. At present, the mould precision has been controlled to ±0.01mm—±0.02mm.
