The Battery Testing System has the capability to accurately measure key parameters for lithium batteries including AC internal resistance and open-circuit voltage. In particular, the OCV Tester can accurately measure the open-circuit voltage to confirm the accuracy of the obtained data. The Battery Sorting Machine can sort and group batteries based on these previously mentioned parameters, while allowing the sorting of and use pair for up to 6 groups at the same time. This unit also possesses a reasonably high degree of automation through the use of hopper feeding, allowing the testing and grouping of approximately 600 battery cells per hour, greatly increasing productivity. At the same time, the system has database management functions, allowing the long-term collection, tracing, and analysis of cell performance data which will allow serious credibility to the research and development, and ameliorate the process's improvement.
