Product overview:
BD-S series battery simulator has DC output characteristics of high precision and high dynamic response, and bidirectional energy conversion function. It adopts full digital control, with high precision, fast speed, and wide output adjustment range. The battery simulator can simulate the charging and discharging characteristics of various batteries. The main occasions are the testing of electric vehicle driving motor (controller), PCS (energy storage inverter), electric vehicle two-way charger and battery pack charging and discharging.

Product features:

(1) Built in AC isolation transformer+LC AC/DC filter, input and output are electrically isolated.

(2) Infineon high-voltage IGBT module is used for two-stage conversion and pure digital power frequency isolation power supply.

(3) Energy can be fed back to the power grid: it has both power and load characteristics.

(4) DCDC side adopts carrier phase-shifting circuit, so that the DC output side has higher precision and smaller ripple.

(5) It can realize the characteristics of wide output voltage range, high precision and fast dynamic response.

(6) The output has constant voltage, constant voltage current limiting, constant current, constant power and constant resistance modes.

(7) High voltage film capacitor is selected as DC support capacitor, with reliable performance and long service life.

(8) DC output side adopts high-voltage DC fuse for effective short-circuit protection.

(9) The main control part of the power supply adopts a full digital control circuit, and the main control chip is a TI DSP chip.

(10) It has the power battery simulation function, and the internal resistance of the simulated battery can be freely determined according to the user's working conditions.
