- Hot Press Machine: This machine is mainly used for high-strength pressing of bare battery cells to ensure the shape of the cells.
- X-RAY Testing Machine: This machine is mainly used for X-RAY testing of bare battery cells, checking the alignment of the positive and negative electrode plates.
- Tab Pre-welding Cutting Machine: This machine is mainly used for ultrasonic pre-welding and cutting of battery cells.
- Mylar Heat Sealing Machine: This machine is mainly used for laser welding the negative cover plate to the tab, and then heat sealing the battery cell after wrapping with Mylar.
- Cell In-shell Pre-welding Machine: This machine is mainly used for inserting the Mylar-wrapped battery cell into the shell and pre-welding one end cover plate to the shell.
- Positive Cover Plate Pre-welding Machine: This machine is mainly used for laser spot welding the positive cover plate of the battery cell to the aluminum shell, preparing for the subsequent sealing welding process.
- Helium Leak Tester (First Time): This machine is mainly used to test the sealing performance of the battery after laser sealing welding. The sealed battery cell is placed into the testing chamber, the cell and chamber are vacuumed, helium gas is injected into the cell, and the chamber is checked for helium leaks.
