Overview:

EBL diesel powered generator Series have 50Hz/60Hz, 3phases 4 wires.

50Hz 400/230 V 275-1650KVA;60Hz 220-480 V 275-1733KVA.

Standby power--Power available at a variable load when a main power network fails,

running up to a maximum of 500 hours per year.Over load is not allowed.

Prime Power--Power available at variable load in lieu of main power network.

An overload of 10% is allowed for one hour in every twelve hours of operation.

FAQ about the diesel powered generators

Are diesel powered generators better than gas?

Diesel generators are more efficient than their gasoline counterparts

This is primarily because they don't burn much fuel to produce power and have a high compression rate.

As such, diesel generators require less fuel to run, making them an excellent choice for buyers looking for cost-efficiency.

How does diesel generator work?

Diesel generators convert some of the chemical energy, contained by the diesel fuel, to mechanical energy through combustion.

This mechanical energy then rotates a crank to produce electricity. Electric charges are induced in the wire by moving it through a magnetic field.

Why diesel powered generators are expensive?

Because they provide a greater power output, diesel generators are typically larger than their petrol counterparts,

meaning they are more expensive investments.

Are diesel generators AC or DC?

Alternating current.

Diesel generators use a series of steps to generate AC (alternating current) electricity.

The process starts when a diesel (combustion) engine converts some of the chemical energy in the fuel to rotating mechanical energy.

What is the difference between fuel generator and diesel generator?

Unlike gas generators that use carburetors, which can malfunction,

a diesel generator does not have a carburetor and instead creates an electric current with compression.

Diesel generators tend to last longer and use less fuel, making them more fuel-efficient.
