The Hardware fittings and Accessories are made of Aluminum, Copper, steel and other suitable materials, it is design as the connection among the conductor, optical fiber cable, tower and insulators, it can carry the mechanical and/or electric load. The max tension strength for tension clamp is reached 1227.663kN.
The products meet the international standards of IEC series (such as IEC 61284, IEC 61854, IEC 61897 etc.) and can be manufactured according to customers’ requirements of standards such as ICEA, AS, BS, DIN/VDE, IS, etc. ZTT also can produce fittings and accessories with special requirements including heavy corrosion resistant, ultra-low temperature resistant, heavy ice load area, river crossing etc.
The fittings manufactured by ZTT had already been put into operation in around 600,000.00 km transmission line worldwide. ZTT fittings and composite insulators had already passed industrial and national appraisal, achieved special high-grade National Industrial Products Production Permit.
The products follow strictly latest national and international standards, and passed the test of China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI), China Electric Power Industry Power Fittings Test Center (PLAIC), Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute (SECRI), Kinectrics International Inc. Canada, KEMA etc. The performance of products reached international leading level, kinds of fittings had been widely used in many large crossing and heavy ice areas projects.
