One-click force start function: The new intelligent battery management system can reserve 10% of the battery capacity to handle emergencies. In situations where the battery cannot supply power to the air conditioning or other devices, there’s no need to worry about being unable to start the truck. Simply click the battery force start button, and the battery will have 60 seconds to start. Additionally, the force start function can be used again every 10 minutes.
Usage duration exceeding 24 hours: During parking brakes, the truck battery can operate for over 16 hours. When paired with an inverter, it can provide power for situations such as refrigeration, boiling water, and cooking.
High starting power: 800Ah peak discharge current can meet the demand for high-power batteries when the truck engine is started. The continuous discharge current can reach 400A, which can continuously provide high-power discharge requirements.
Shock resistance: The shell of the heavy duty truck lithium battery is made of hard metal material, and the battery is shockproof inside. It can easily cope with bumpy road conditions.
Wide temperature range: The operating temperature range of the truck battery is -20℃~65℃, and it has a built-in heater. When the battery temperature is lower than the set temperature, the battery automatic heating system will start to heat the battery to ensure that the battery can work normally in extremely cold environments.
Long service lifespan: The number of cycles of lithium batteries is more than 6,000 times, and the theoretical service life is 10 to 15 years. Compared with the 2-year service life of lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries are more cost-effective.
Low maintenance cost: When using this battery, it does not need to add distilled water or acid electrolyte like lead-acid batteries. Almost 0 maintenance can be achieved. It is safer and more worry-free to use.
2% self-discharge rate: When the truck is parked for a long time and not started, there is no need to worry about the reduction of battery power.
1/3 of the weight: The weight of lithium batteries is only 1/3 of that of lead-acid batteries. This saves the weight of the entire truck. Save gasoline, diesel and electricity consumption.
Extended use: The 24V battery can also be combined in series and parallel to form a battery system with more voltages and capacities such as 48V, 72V, etc.
