The LDHJ02 0BB Stringer integrates SMBB and Shingling technologies. After glue printing on each ribbon positions on the front and back sides of the cells, the cells are connected in series to form a string through thermal contact with the ribbons

Compatible for thin wafer and ultra-fine ribbon

0BB cell process is adopted, which greatly reduces the screen printing cost, and the cost of silver paste and adhesive can be reduced by 30%

Adopting a bottom plate thermal contact curing structure, which ensure a uniform curing temperature and good curing consistency

Several cells are printed simultaneously. The printing accuracy and appearance of the cells are inspected after printing to ensure printing throughput and quality
