1. Instruction of 48V 70Ah LiFePO4 battery pack

The LiFePO4 rechargeable battery pack 48v 70Ah is customized for a robot. We provide customized services for all products, such as robot, AGV, golf cart, electric vehicles, motocycle, forklift etc. This lithium battery is using prismatic lifepo4 battery cell and 15S2P assembled. The robot can "communicate" with the battery pack through CANBus protocol. This allows customer to monitor the battery status in real time and the battery can well match the robot by adjusting the BMS setting.

3. Sleep Mode of CANBus Lithium battery

The system would go into low-consumption mode in any of the following conditions:

  • Single module or the whole system over discharge protection not recovered in 30s
  • Press the keys for 3s
  • The minimum single voltage lower than sleep voltage, and the lasting time reach sleep delay time( no communication, no protection, no balance, no current at same time).
  • Standby more than 24h( no communication, no charge or discharge, no AC input).
  • Force shutdown through upper-computer software.

Before sleep mode, please make sure there is no input voltage, otherwise it can no go to sleep mode.
