Product Overview

A Battery Management System (BMS) is essential for monitoring and protecting your lithium battery cells during charging and discharging. It prevents overcharging, over-discharging, and ensures safe operation. When selecting a BMS, ensure it matches your battery's voltage and current requirements. For example, a 36V battery requires a 10s BMS (10 cells in series), while a 48V battery needs a 13s BMS, and a 52V battery requires a 14s BMS. Always choose a BMS with a discharge current rating that meets or exceeds your battery's needs to ensure safety and performance.

Connection Guide

B+: Connected to the fourth battery's positive terminal

B3+: Connected to the third battery's positive terminal

B2+: Connected to the second battery's positive terminal

B1+: Connected to the first battery's positive terminal

B-: Connected to the first battery's negative terminal

P+: Connected to the battery's output or the charger's positive terminal

P-: Connected to the battery's output or the charger's negative terminal

Guard Shield Installation: Use hard epoxy sheets as a barrier to prevent short circuits.

Output Line Welding: Use power supply lines with the appropriate diameter to prevent overheating and voltage drops during high-current discharges.

Battery Storage: Store fully charged batteries out of reach of children.
