This controller designed specially for solar street lamps system,
solar garden light system, has two road load output and each
road can be realized double time morning light function respectively. Meanwhile it has rich parameter Settings, and users can set light-activated point voltage, optical estimate time, lamp delay open time, battery types, etc..Users canset up different parameters according to the actual environment, to make the system achieve optimal Settings. This product support the use of various batteries,such as lead-acid battery, open battery, gel battery, and lithium iron batteries. Application scope is very extensive. In addition, with advanced self-learning algorithm ,it can automatically identify night length, intelligent adjust lights for second time open, which let the timing control more precise. Meanwhile the system has detailed charging instruction, the battery status, load and various fault instructions and full function protection measures ,such as short circuit, overload protection,and unique protection against reverse connectting, full, put automatic shutoff, and recovery . This controller uses computer chips to take sample of storage battery voltage, photocell voltage, discharge current, environmental temperature .Through special control model calculation, the controller achieves precisely control of discharge rate according with battery characteristics, temperature compensation correction, and uses the intelligent efficient PWM fuzzy charging ways to charge batteries. It also uses seven sections of voltage control to ensure storage battery work optimally ,which greatly extends the service life of the battery. This controller has a variety of work modes and can satisfy different customers various needs. For automatic identification model ,with will power, system testing system voltage, if is 12V ,the digital tube will display "12"; If is 24V, system will display "24"

1. Tthe battery choice
This product support various kinds of battery,such as lead-acid battery, open battery, gel battery, lithium iron battery, etc. Before using, please select the correct battery mode.
2. Double time interval functions
Two roads of controller are available to be set double time interval function.
After that , the load will light for a period in night,then close. Before day,it will light again ,and close untill daytime.
3. Charge-discharge control
Adopting series PWM charging ways, charging the battery after battery over output ,or every seven days a cycle to prevent battery sulfuration.. In normal situation, using straight charging voltage to charge ,after 30 minutes ,changing to float charging voltage. The controller automatically control the breaking condition of load. After the battery output excessively,the connecting to load will be broken automatically.
4. Temperature compensation
in order to achieve the optimum charging effect , controller will automatically adjust recharging voltage,according to the environmental temperature
5. Automatic identification
After power up , system will implement a recognition.if is 12V system, digital pipe display "12"; If is 24V system, digital pipe display "24".
6. Test function
Users can directly open the load In the daytime by pressing the test key .Pressing again can shut the load. After opening, if not pressing the key , load will automatically close after 1 minute.It is convenient to use in job location.
7. Light-activated point adjustment
Light-activated point refers to the voltage magnitude of battery board when lighting in night..Users can adjust Light-activated open voltage according to the actual environment. For exemple, It is available to heighten this point to filter miscellaneous light interference, when the battery board can’t open the light for other light interference. However,the open time may bring forward.
8. Light-activated judgment time to adjust
Light-activated judgment time l means the time need to judge when battery board voltage up to light-activated point. The filter effect will be better ,if the time is much longer. Turning down this value can open the light in advance.,but it is easy to suffer external miscellaneous light interference.
9. adjusting the delay time of opening light
Delay of opening light means delaying a period before opening light, Through adjusting this time ,users can achieve the object of delay lighting
10. compulsively lighting function every night
After the battery over discharge ,if the charge is not up to the returns voltage, the load will not open in night.. After starting this function,system will remove the over discharge mark and open the load for one time. The controller will stop outputing when the battery voltage value is less than the over discharge voltage volume.
11. Self-learning function
System integration of intelligent self-learning function can automatically recognize night length and automatically adjust the morning light open time,to make control precisely.
