Product Overview
The ODM-SHT33-128-30A(25℃) Cylindrical Power Battery Energy-Saving Feedback Constant Temperature Sorting Equipment is a complete ODM Cell Grading Machine apparatus. It includes 128 independent channel testing functionality with STM32 single-chip microcomputer control and a constant temperature chamber design, capable of performing formation and sorting tests on cylindrical batteries with diameters ranging from 32-60MM and lengths from 80-200MM at 25±2℃. The independent testing design at a single point with constant current and voltage sources does not impact stability of the tests. The equipment can support constant current/constant voltage charging and constant current/constant power discharging modes while incorporating the capacity/voltage parameters to achieve automatic Battery Sorting, and fully supports the new energy feedback technology of discharging energy back into the power grid. The equipment has a four-wire high-precision testing interface and has full-process data recording and editing analysis, suitable for production and sorting of lithium iron phosphate batteries on a large scale.?

Product Equipment System Principle
The equipment uses a "computer control + hardware execution" core architecture. The computer generates instructions, and sends them to each module by communication protocol 485, or TCP protocol. For example, when charging, the bidirectional power supply converts the AC 380V to (DC) 14V. The constant current board utilizes the 14V, to realize 0-30A constant current/constant voltage for the charging process. When discharging the battery, the constant current board converts the battery voltage level to 15V, and in turn provide the AC (invert) back to the electricity grid, at an energy conversion efficiency over 70%. The constant temperature chamber operates through PID control at an environment of 25±2℃, maintaining consistency in operating conditions. Each channel has an independent AD/DA chip and measure the voltage and current with accuracy of ±0.5‰. Real-time sampling data is synchronized to software system. There is an option to edit a process of 32 steps, and also 256 cycles of testing. The software, based on the parameters capture (capacity, voltage at platform, etc.) will automatically complete the battery sort. The software used, has multiple functions, including power failure format, abnormal alarm, and MES docking; total forming a closed loop of "energy feedback-precise test-intelligent sorting system".
