The AL007 solar panel mounting rail is the most lightweight and economical of the roofs solar mounting Rail family and is suitable for solar PV panel installations in regions with little to no snow (see “Specifications” tab for details).

AS Mounting Rails are made from 6000-series aluminum alloy and protected with an anodized finish to prevent corrosion. Their force-stabilizing curved profile increases their structural strength and resists the bending and twisting forces a sloped roof can generate on solar panel racking over the decades-long lifetime of a PV system. This added strength helps AL007 Mounting Rails achieve 6-foot spans, allowing for fewer roof penetrations and a more cost-effective system design on both flat and pitched roofs.
